This time entry..the reception of Safwan and Azila, the doctor couple. a big ceremony held when two couple being held together with Safwan brother, Ben…but im just covered for this doctor couple. the prepareration done at batu Buruk Beach Resort and the reception at Kg Telaga Mengkudu, somewhere at Bukit Payung, Kuala Terengganu.

Wedding of UTP couple, Bink and Kay, what a lovely nickname! The solemnization and reception took place at Rantau Petronas Kerteh…congrat and may Allah blessing u both!

Reception:Nik Ridhwan&Sheila, Narathiwat

Salam..as promise…the continuation from the previos post. The reception was held down at Kg Air Terjun, Narathiwat. One best and maybe strange to me is.. the reception start with the gun shot!! and the shot continue along the reception. New place, new experience for me. Not to forget local artist, Roy Kapilla perfom the song. unlucky i dont have the video cam. And the outdoor photoshoot was held at nearby park at Narathiwat. by the way, thanks to all the people of kg Air Terjun..very nice people. thanks also to Syuk who bring me here..

Wedding Ceremony:Nik Ridhwan & Sheila

Assalamualaikum…

Firstly, million thanks to my friend syuk sharkawi who giving me the chance and bring me this far to Rantau Panjang. I consider this my first time wedding shoot. although the weather quite hot…we manage to enjoy our day same as Nik & Sheila. Thanks to the loving couple for being so ’sporting’ to my lense!!

Muay Thai with Sit Ku Heng

spending 2 days at rantau panjang we got the bonus shoot instead of street shoot…..we meet a group of muay thai fighters called  Sit Ku Heng at their training ground just near the river of Golok ( Malaysia-Thai border). Sit Ku Heng was the thai language that giving the mean Ibrahim Boys (anak murid Ibrahim). Sit Ku Heng was found by Mr Ibrahim, also a former muay thai fighter. Today, he give his experience, skill and technique to all his students. most of the students are only youngster from around Rantau Panjang not excluding his son and grandson. Sit Ku Heng begin their training around 5 pm until dusk..everyday.no wonder their very good at thier field. According to Mr Ibrahim, better for them to learn muay thai than doing something useless!

so..enjoy some photos taken at their training ground with my friend, syuk. i decided to photographed them in two colours,black and white…can be said as our theme for the whole days.

To Sit Ku Heng…thanks for you time for us to photograph you…soon i’ll be back!!

journey: Rantau Panjang

after spending a few hour doing street shooting at Pasir Mas…we decide to continue our juorney to Pasir Panjang.The journey with the cab took only about 45 minutes from Pasir Mas…leaving Pasir Mas with a memories…and talk to my self….i will come again….soon….

Arrive at Rantau Panjang at late evening…got time to lay my back on the so-so hotel…before doing some street shoot again..well Rantau Panjang…the place near the border of Thailand and most of people here able to speak Thai..most of all…the food…arghh….so delicous…even a simple recipe…

nothing i can say…just enjoy my photo….

Assalamualaikum…. So…this is a long journey anyway….me and my friend…fulltimer photographer, syuk heading to the pasir mas on 5 Jun 2009…suppose we catch a train…unfortunately….all the ticket sold out!! school holiday season i guess. well..first time arrive here…nice place with nice, friendly people and still maintain the heritage of Malay culture…..the food??marvellous!! these are some photo taken during street shooting at pasir mas…enjoy!!!
